Elizabeth Philp is an experienced consultant and practitioner, specialising in the design, delivery and management of organisation change projects. Most recently she was a Principal Advisor with KPMG, leading engagements that covered target operating model design, the offshoring and outsourcing lifecycle and downsizing, always placing great emphasis on the ‘glue’ that makes any organisational change sustainable. Additionally, Elizabeth has worked with organisations to develop the internal environment that supports success, including cultural building blocks such as career pathways, competency frameworks and capability analysis.
Elizabeth is currently in the second year of her MBA from London Business School. She holds an MSc in Organisation Behaviour and a BSc in Chemistry and Mathematics. In her spare time she advises small businesses on their commercial activities and avidly participates in a book club.
