All the great ideas that find form must serve a business aim. Flip that on its head, and you’ll see why we craft true fun even with run-of-the-mill business rituals like team away-days and trade shows.
In the business worlds where we work, we continually find authentic conversations. This helps us make connections worth cherishing (and often, when asked, we say we’d continue to do this work even if a lottery win made money no object.)
We feel the genuine commitment of others, and find our genuine commitment recognized and rewarded. For many of our clients and collaborators, we enliven their sense of mission. We find the collegiality this creates is often very resilient. The upshot is that we can continue to observe and act with objectivity while living day-to-day as part of the extended team.
